Dr. Karla Hernandez, M.S.W., D.S.W.

Human Resources Consultant

Dr. Hernandez was previously the Director of a Permanent Supportive Housing program for a community health clinic in West Covina.  Prior to her role as Director, she worked for the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health in various roles, specializing in serious mental health disorders, the criminal justice system, substance abuse and children and families.  Dr. Hernandez is fluent in Spanish.

Dr. Hernandez consults on all areas of Human Resources management and offers litigation support.  She received dual Bachelor’s degrees in Women Studies and Political Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She earned both her Master’s and Doctorate degrees from the University of Southern California.
